Expertise

• Implementation of sustainability initiatives in an international context

   • Intercultural mediation (Europe, Japan and Asia)

Supporting companies in achieving sustainable growth is paramount: Corporate Social Responsibility and growth are intrinsically linked, and addressing both goals simultaneously is crucial.

One of my core competencies is effectively assisting at the board-level in strategic decision-making. Employing agile methodologies, we collaboratively adopt a rapid prototype approach to assess the feasibility of the solution before planning further steps.

My experience in IT and my role as a catalyst for new ideas set me apart, enabling businesses to achieve ambitious goals in an intricate global landscape.

My intercultural expertise, especially between Europe and Asia, enhances mutual understanding and adeptly bridges cultural differences.

Given my fluency in Japanese, English, and French, I also support transfer projects to address technological and cultural challenges, including those in the Asian region.

For select NGO projects, I offer pro bono support upon agreement.

I am engaged in a project with four key stages to address the issue of abandoned, lost, or discarded fishing gear (ALDFG):

First, we focus on preventing pollution by identifying and reducing the sources of ALDFG. Next, we track fishing nets using advanced tagging technologies, facilitating recovery and real-time location data to prevent further drift. In the third stage, we execute expeditions to locate and retrieve the fishing gear from coastal areas, ensuring efficient transport and storage. Finally, we process the recovered fishing gear, integrating it into a circular economy to create quality products from waste and promote sustainable resource use.
